- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Response Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled;
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may send a copy to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored within a reasonable timeframe.
Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that:
- Material or activity is infringing, or
- Material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification,
may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner or its licensee, or by us, if injured by such misrepresentation.
Educational Use and Fair Use
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use or may be permitted for educational purposes. When evaluating DMCA notices, we may consider whether the use in question falls under fair use or other exceptions to copyright infringement. However, determinations of fair use are made on a case-by-case basis.
International Considerations
While the DMCA is legislation applicable within specific jurisdictions, we apply similar principles of copyright protection and respect for intellectual property rights globally. Copyright owners from any country may submit notifications of alleged infringement using the procedures outlined above.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
